Huawei ascend from metro pcs won't turn on?

when i tried to install the 2.2.1 rom on my huawei ascend it said step 2/2 was finished so itreboot it and it kept repooting now it just stays on the huawei screen someone please help me? is there anything i can do like switch batteries or restart it or something?
