How do I convince my parents to let me go out with my friends?

my parents r the same way my advice is to write them a letter first sayin how responsible u r and u stayed safe in the last place u lived and u can stay safe there 2 then say that ur 14 and ur not a baby and tell them that u understand that they want u to be safe but ur not a baby and ur responsible..good luck
