My little nephew keeps talking alot and doesn't stop what to do? HELP ME!?

I've been taking care of my little nephew who's 3 since weds which is three days since then. And i know that this stage is a time where there learning how to speak and talk i understand that. But it's way too much he dosen't even know how to talk he just babbles and mumbles and there not even words. My head really hurts from hearing it from 3 straight days. I tried everything to make it stop or just to get away. I can't even go take a nap or go to the bathroom cuz he would banging the door and starts babbling. (LOUD) I tried to put him his favorite disney movies but he just follows me wherever i go and since the house is small i could very well be spotted from him. i'm at the edge here please!! HELP ME! What to do? Please i'm tired my head hurts and as we speak he is screaming in my ear i'm going to break down in tears.
