Why can I hear baby babbling when I visit a certain website?

Every time I visit a certain site, I hear a baby start babbling. I thought, at first, it was an ad or something, but when I scrolled around the screen trying to find said ad, there was nothing. What is going on? This is really starting to annoy me.
